3 Ways to Bring Spring into Your Home

Finally, we are having beautiful spring weather in the Northeast today! This is the kind of day where you can't help but be outside in the sunshine. Here's what you can do to bring some spring into your home:

1. Turn off the heat and open the windows. Get the fresh air moving through the house and drive the stagnant winter air out.

2. Dry your sheets on the line. A friend on Facebook (and in real life) posted that she was going to do this today. (Thanks, Lisa!) I think it's a fantastic idea and, it happens to be one of my favorite things to do.

3. If you've got fresh flowers growing outside, cut a bouquet for indoors. If, like us, your not quite to the fresh flower stage outdoors yet, buy some flowers at a farmer's market, grocery store or flower shop.

I'm going to try to do all these things today. Happy Spring!
